Congratulations to the Heathwood Hall Competitive Cheer team, who won the SCISA 4A Non-Tumble State Championship on November 16, 2024.

PEAK corporate events are designed in collaboration with the host, with the goals of the host organization at the forefront of our planning.

Fun, Community, Morale, Leadership, Problem Solving, Group Development/Bonding, Trust, Communication, Empathy, Decision Making, Risk Taking, Goal Setting, Resilience, Self-Confidence, and so much more...

Is your company seeking professional development or a day of outdoor fun? Contact PEAK to tell us your story and let us plan the perfect adventure event to meet your goals!

Logistics

Events typically run 2, 4, or 6 hours (all day), with the exception of speciality events that might take place off-campus or include overnight camping. Participants are guided through activities with a small staff to participant ratio; our corporate events are ideal for groups of about 8-30 participants. But if you have something else in mind (corporate retreat weekend, anyone?) please reach out! We like to think anything is possible.

Adventure activities available will vary based on goals, the number of participants, the length of the event, and more - a list of possible adventure activities is below, and we encourage you to come for a site visit and see the possibilities for yourself!

Adventure Activities

  • Odyssey Course (high ropes, designed for teamwork)
  • Alpine Tower (high ropes, individual challenge, active belays)
  • SkyPark (high ropes, individual challenge, "choose your own adventure")
  • Giant Swing (30ft pendulum swing)
  • Archery (archery range, instruction, competitions)
  • Pond (paddling - canoes, kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, fishing)
  • Climbing Wall (bouldering wall, auto-belays)
  • Initiatives (on-the-ground problem solving/creative thinking challenges for groups)
  • Hiking/Biking (nature trails on and off campus)
  • Camping (hammocks and tents, on and off campus)
  • Off-campus Adventures (river trips, guided hikes, camping, etc)

Facilities

In addition to formal programming and Adventure Events, PEAK also offers its facilities to corporate and community groups, including the brand new Boyd PEAK Center, an enhancement made possible thanks to a generous donation from the Darnall W. and Susan F. Boyd Foundation. The Boyd Center includes conference room and meeting space, as well as other amenities to elevate your event. PEAK also boats a variety of beautiful outdoor spaces, some covered and some with picnic tables, that make idyllic settings for picnics, team bonding, or host-delivered content.

Facilities can be booked independently of activities, if adventure is not on the day's agenda. You can read more about our facilities here, and we'd love for you to visit and see if our space is right for your group's needs.

Please contact us for information about rates, to schedule a visit to our facilities, to begin planning an event, or anything else we can help you with!

PEAK also offers private events for families or any group looking to celebrate, as well as community events for non-profits like scout, church, and school groups.
